Observed (??) OFEQ 5 on 20 Jan 2023

I tried for object 27434, COSPAR 2002-025A, OFEQ 5 on 20 Jan 2023 - and saw this dim streak on the arc where I expected the satellite to be. This satellite has not been observed since 20 Jul 2021 according to my records.
