Kudos to Cees!

I wanted to publicly thank Cees for his efforts in publicizing the 
recent fuel dump.  Thanks to the time you took to document the event 
I'd bet there were thousands of folks that got to witness it that 
otherwise would not have.  I know of a few dozen personally, and one 
of them is a rather adept astrophotographer.

I thought the folks on this list would appreciate and enjoy the 
fruits of his labor.  You have Cees to thank just as much.  My friend writes...
