Nice clear sky. Targetted some HEO and GEO objects while testing a new lens, a
SamYang 2.0/135 mm lens that I received yesterday.

This lens has been on my wish-list for a while and will replace the aged 2.8/180
mm Zeiss I previously used for GEO and HEO.

It is very sharp and outperforms the Zeiss. At full aperture (with an APS-C
sensor EOS 80D) it is still quite sharp near the edges of the FOV (unlike the
Zeiss). It also has a larger aperture than the Zeiss, showing fainter objects.
The FOV, 9 x 7 deg, is wider than that of the Zeiss (7 x 5 deg). It is much less
in weight. So far, after this first trial I am very happy with it.

77-114A had not been reported since 7 months ago.
