UNID very fast, I can not find (newly launched, declining?)

I have not seen my photograph, but I do not think it will appear, something
with a relatively low brightness for my camera I do not think I'll capture
it, but if I saw it, I'll leave it.
North-South direction and it passed right by Arcturus almost at the same
time that SAOCOM-1A was close to there, that's why I could see it.
Magnitude around +3 despite the enormous angular speed, I do not know how
much, but it is possible that half a sky in about 30 seconds.
Therefore, the approximate time of passage through Arcturus would be around
05:32:35 UT
I do not see any object this fast in HeavenSat coinciding with those
conditions.

3602, 36.8389ºN, 2.4498ºW, 31 m, Almería (Spain)
