I knew Pierre personally, this is very sad and I offer my condolences to his family and friends. Many of us who attended the Eurosom meetings in the nineties know his famous sense of humor. I also remember our meetings at his home in Malo les Bains near Dunkerque France, were we typed over his satellite observations in our ppas database. I will sincerly miss him. tristan cools Op 4-jan.-2016 16:33 schreef "Marco Langbroek via Seesat-l" < seesat-l_at_satobs.org>: > > Dear all, > > Several of you already know, but for those who do not yet: the very sad > news just reached us of the passing of Pierre Neirinck, nestor of our > group, at the age of 89.
