I'm a radio amateur and, for working ham satellites, I use Gpredict
and Hamlib on a Linux laptop computer. Hamlib actually controls my
transceiver but Gpredict provides the GUI. The latter shows not only
my radio's frequencies but also the orbital tracks of the various
birds that I'm interested in.

Gpredict uses TLE data and can produce a detailed description of a
given pass including times and corresponding geographical locations
(relative to the station) of critical events, such as closest
approach.
