I  was going through some images from 1 Jan this morning in star search mode (satellites now streaked) and came across this sat using  APEX simultaneous reduction for asteroids and satellites:

    00003           0434 E 20140101183909000 16 15 0746194+040524 19

It is in excellent agreement with the inttles for this satellite WGS 4. If correct it has thus moved about 19.5 deg to the east of the last reported (classfd, tle) position which is 230 days old.

The other two sats in the field are Chinasat 12 and ST 2, so it is 27.3 arcmin E of ST 2:

    00001           0434 E 20140101183909000 16 15 0742277+040553 28
    00002           0434 E 20140101183909000 16 15 0744373+040633 67

    Ian.
