    But of those 4 objects, only 1 has flash (ppas) reports: IRAS.
    
    IRAS flashed to magnitude 1.0 here with 19 seconds between flashes:

    In 2007 it was more like a minute between flashes:

    It is common for satellites to speed up their rotation after they go out of 
    service (IRAS is out of commission).
    
    Although in both reports the flashes were slow - not brief.  Not sure if 
    this is consistent with Manmeet's observation.
