    The three satellites are # 37605 GSAT 8  , #27951 INSAT 3E,  #23842 ASTRA
    1F
    The "meteor" is the rocket #23637 ARIANE 42L+3 R/B at only slightly longer
    range, but near its apogee in an eccentric orbit, hence much slower (also
    slowly tumbling)
