    Report time: 15:20 UT

    2011-065A Phobos Grunt (#37872)

A detailed analysis of the last six
    ELSETs 12015.208... - 12015.691...
single or combined in short arcs
shows the decay on 15 January

    12015.208... 17:49 UT +/- 45 minutes
    12015.389... 17:35 UT +/- 28 minutes
    12015.631... 17:34 UT +/- 15 minutes
    12015.691... 18:02 UT +/- 24 minutes

As we can see the last ELSET is the
culprit that shift (in my SP-program)
the decay time forward. Two possible
    explanations:
12015.691... was a poor ELSET or during
the last revs Phobos Grunt underwent
a significant change of his orientation.
