    It appears to refer to Wellington Island in front of the coast of Patagonia, 
    S-America. 1250 km west of that conforms to the Phobos-Grunt position for 17:45 UT.
    
    As a geographic reference it is an odd choice however. I'd rather have said 
    "2000 km south of Easter Island". The latter is much more widely known.
