    Not to me, sure the usa launched OTV months before, but to my illogical brain, the power source and fuel could last a good amount of time. So they can leave it up there for a long time, and just sit back and wait for china to launch Tiangong-1, are for other sat launches.
    
    The usa monitor's china, just as china would monitor the usa. 
    
    Hopefully one day china and the usa will build a space station together with other countries.
