COR: FIA 1 radar flaring!

    Forgot to convert properly to UTC: the times quoted above are CET!!!!
    
    So in UTC this should be: 17:54:11 and 17:54:37.0 UTC (with a smaller flare just 
    preceeding it at 17:54:35.7)
