    Spacetrack has re-written history.

Starting with element set 3, 37347 was re-assigned to the
near-geosynchronous Fregat rocket body from the Elektro-L launch, for
which it was originally reserved. It is now called "Object D" but the
designation has not yet been corrected from its ISS-based one.

A new ISS debris item has appeared - 37352, which is a re-badging of the
    'old' 37347.

And I thought Spacetrack was perfect!
