    Hi all,

Just observed the FIA 1 Radar (10-046A) flare twice! First time I noted flare
    behaviour of this sat.

First very brief flare happened around 18:54:11 UTC (25 Jan), at least mag. -1.
Alas, the camera was not photographing (I was re-aiming the camera at that time).

Second flare happened about 18:54:37, mag. +0.5, double flare peak, and that one
was caught on photograph (will post URL later).

    - Marco
