Greetings, I had an early morning, about 5:41 am CST, pass of HTV-II, moving from W to NE. It passed under the front pointers of the big dipper at about 11:41:55, then about 8° above Polaris at about 11:41:23. It was a light gold in color, and flashed a bright white for a couple of seconds. Very nice pass. I also saw a blue-green meteor flash down below it, a nice contrast for each. 37351 11 003A 0000 E 20110124114100000 56 Regards, Bill ----------------------------------- Woolmarket, Mississippi (USA) 10X50 Binoculars lat. 30:29:07.3 N, long. -89:00:09.7 W, elev. 15 m -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
