PPAS for Telecom 2A is wrong year, and a question on ppas format

    Since I messed up already on one of my ppas reports, I have started to go through other's I have posted.
    
    And I came across this one 
    
    91- 84 A 19-05-24 05:21:46   KF                38     +5->inv

    That really should be
    
    91- 84 A 10-05-24 05:21:46   KF                38     +5->inv
    
    That makes me have a question, the first sat was launched in 1957, so a ppas report for that year would have the numbers 57 in it, but what's happens in 2057, since we only use 2 numbers in the ppas report for year.
    
    I know, it a long way and I could be dead by then, but I just had to ask.
