    Still no luck with 22519 on two recent passes using new and old elsets.
    
    (I also have element manager posted at my site if anyone wants to check
    out the program.  I also recently networked my Win95 box to the rest of my machines and have been able to upload the hipparchos 8&9 catalogs for skymap to the site as well as the tycho catalog for skymap).
