    According to an article here: http://www.af.mil/news/story.asp?id=123184512 GPS satellite orbits might change -- "this plan will take advantage of today's constellation size and reposition satellites to improve coverage" and "the current strength of the constellation will allow the constellation to be spread out and improve GPS access worldwide."
