There will be an annular eclipse of the Sun on 15-JAN-2010 visible in the
Indian Ocean region on the surface of the Earth but some GEOs are also
    effected by it.

Intelsat 905 (2002-027A, NORAD #27438) at 22.55 West will experience an
annular eclipse at 16:40 UTC, 15-JAN-2010. Expect a drop in magnitude of
about mag 2.5 during the final 10 minutes before annularity (and a
corresponding increase in the following 10 minutes).

Other satellites in the area will also be affected.

The sky will still be fairly bright in Europe and the satellite is not very
high above the horizon so I wonder whether anybody manages to see it.
