    It was very clear, but then clouds came in. Bagged two Lacrosses, the NOSS 3-4 
    r/b and GOCE, as well as USA 179 and 184, and GOCE.
    
    GOCE made a zenith pass and showed a brief +2 flare again at 17:24:23.15 UTC 
    (Jan 3). It provided a very nice picture, with the faint trail passing M31 
    before flaring. Will post a URL with the picture and brightness profile tomorrow.
