This faint object was found by Greg Roberts on December 24 and further obs were made by both Greg and me in late December. When, in early January, it was found to be manoeuvring in the vicinity of the errant DSP-23, and therefore suspected to be a MiTEx object, it was thought prudent to limit the distribution of observations. Since Spaceflight Now reported recently that both MiTEx satellites visited DSP-23, we feel that our observations and findings can now be shared.
