    Based on information given to me by one of the major European satellite 
    operators back in December I managed a brief glimpse of DSP-23 on January 
    13th.( the weather was rather unco-operative )

    It looks like DSP will be amongst the Astra 1 group of six geosats (19 
    degrees east )  at the beginning of next week.
