    Observing confitions here in the UK have not been too good of late , but on Jan 4th I managed a short video of the geo arc at a position of 16 degs east.
    In the video here ( direct link ) ...
    Eutelsat W2 (Steady mag 12 ) can be seen to the right ( west ) of the frame as the inclined Sicral 1 crosses the arc.
    The bright star at the beginning of the sequence is Upsilon Orionis mag 4.6
    as identified by Heavensat Ver 2.1.4
