    I've been seeing this alot on domains under my control recently, after  
    the spam filter backlog suddenly grew in the last few weeks.
    
    I suspect we might be seeing the actions of a new spam-ring here,  
    which are to be exploiting the fact that Spam filters often won't  
    bother to check mail which has come been sent by the intended  
    recipient. As Dale has said, there's nothing that can be done about  
    these on the end-user's part, although mail server admins should  
    probably look at setting up their servers to cope with this.
