    Rats - I reread my previous post and I got part of it backward.  High flux in
    the past implies low A/m which implies rock-like implies later decay.  Low flux
    value in the past implies high A/m implies feather-like implies sooner decay.
    The rest of my post looks fine - basically itexplained how the historic flux is
    more of a factor than the future flux resulting in opposite expected oribital
    decay.
