Just heard the radio interview with Marco and the professional.
Marco nicely described what we of Seesat-L all know; a lot is known about
this sat, at least its orbit.
He also mentioned a english observer who photographed this sat.

At the end of the interview the professional was aksed: Can the americans
    blow up this sat?
He answqered: They can, but likely would not in view of what happend with
    Fenyun 1C.
And they were furois at the Chinese.

A pity Marco wasn't given the chance to explain that USA 193 is in a very
    low orbit and
debris would enter the earths atmosphere within a few days to weeks without
    any danger to
other sats. Especially when the sat is destroyed in a few weeks at around
    200 km.
Fengyun 1C was at 850 km and the debris can stay in orbit for years.

It was a very nice interview with sensable talk. Not the stuff we see now
    all over the
internet with stories about dangerous debris falling to earth.

    Greetings
    Leo Barhorst
