My one classfd object was varying and faint by the time I found it and
positions are poor, and I rejected it. This was 7816 (75-43A), 7->inv.
    Skymed 1 (31598) flared, max flare at 1:12:25 at mag +1. Skymed 2 (32376)
did not flare (and was not predicted to) low in the east. Saw Vanguard 2 r/b
(12), still my oldest object. Always a nice one to see.

OT: Mercury in the SW and Comet Holmes "over" Algol sure nice sights, too.

    Notes:
    1. Again not counting 4 flashes as bright as +1
    2. Steadily visible; slightly variable
