Greg's latest observations refute my earlier finding of a 0.05 deg reduction in
inclination and a 2 deg increase in argument of perigee. There was no change in
argument of perigee, and less than a 0.01 deg decrease in inclination, which may
not be a result of the manoeuvre.

My southbound evening window for USA 193 (06057A / 29651) opened yesterday, but
I was clouded out. Prospects for tonight appear slightly better.
