If the satellite .avi was captured from the Houston area,
it should have been 97084A #25112 ORBCOMM FM 8.

It passed the Moon at 11:12:08 UTC in ESE at 17 degrees altitude
    and 1910 km range.
(The SkyMap image was made for longitude -095.30,
latitude +29.5378, about 20 km W of Houston centre)
