Intelsat 14 to replace PAS 1R , no no no

Intelsat 14 will replace PAS 1R in 2009. Intelsat 14 won't flare up like PAS 1R does, so that's
bad news to me. Sure Intelsat 14, will flare up, but only during a short time during the year, so
no good.
