    Observations 20 Jan 2007:

    Cosatrak 1 (Computerised satellite Tracking System).
    MINTRON low light level CCD surveillance camera (0.005 lux typical
    in non integration mode) and 0.00005 lux in STARLIGHT mode with 128
    frame integration.
    
    Used with 50mm focal length f/1.8 lens,integrating for 96 frames
    which is equivalent to a max exposure of 1.92 seconds. Field of view
    6.81 x 5.37 degrees.
    
    Site 0433 : Longitude 18.51294 deg East, Latitude  33.94058 deg S,
    Elevation 10 metres - situated in Pinelands (Cape Town), South Africa

    Notes:

    (1) Did a 150 minute plane search for USA 186 (#28888) and a minimum
        of 25 satellites noted - probably a few more when I go through the
        DVD recording. The satellite reported above looks like the correct
        object, running a few minutes late on the latest element set -
        enough to put it outside the field of view of my 145mm focal length
        lens. I suspect I also recorded the earlier pass of this satellite
        as well but will check later today when I measure all the objects
        seen - its now long past my bedtime!
