    Isn't this the same country that has villages even in the normal downrange 
    tracks within the azimuth constraints?  I seem to recall quite a body count 
    several years ago due to a launch failure.  I don't know if there was ever 
    an official death toll published but the video was chilling.
    
    I am interested to find out if there has been any discussion as to the size 
    range of the debris, size of the debris field and decay predictions since 
    the size to weight numbers should be smaller that the original object.
    
    Anyone listening to NAVSPASUR lately, any increased activity?
