    SPACE TRACK issued with is message from Jan 17, 04:28 UTC the decay
    on Jan 18, 04:28 UTC +/- 15 hours ( 31S, 103.9E) ascending over 
    the South Indian Ocean.
    
    MPM + REENTRY ( Version 2.1) deliver with the ELSETs 07016.656... -
    07017.332... (SFX 080, ap 014) the decay on
    Jan 18, 05:22 UTC +/- 60 minutes (06.95S, 328.52E) over the Atlantic.
    
    Between the two forecasts there is a pass over the southern United
    States around 04:55 UTC. But after looking on the behavior
    of the PAM - D in the past thwere is a possibility of a later decay.
    Let`s wait for the next ELSTEs.
