All set to watch PAS 1R flare up again

Seeing as I am having a clear night, I setup to watch the PAS 1R ( 26608 ) geo sat flare up again.

I fiqure around 2:50 UTC ( Jan 17 ) it should be in flare mode.

Then I watch Inmarsat F4-2 ( 28899 ) flare up also, awhile after.
