    Notes:
    --------
    (1) USA 186 #28888 not seen on either of the two passes I had tonight
using the element set of three days ago, so I attempted a plane
scan in the hopes I might see it, based on the two search element
sets produced by Ted earlier in the day.

    (2) Only one object was seen going the correct way but was very faint-
mostly due to the ******* cirrus I was battling with! I was able to
get the above measurements but the various positions will have a
small shift along the orbit track as I was not able to determine
the ends of each trail too accurately -- 5 produced as the object
crossed the field of view -- as the images were too diffuse and
faint. I do not find a match for this object in my element database
so Im reasonably certain it is #28888 and running almost 3 minutes
late on the last element set generated.

    Cheers
    Greg
