    India will launch the Cartosat 2 satellite and 3 other payloads, using there Polar satellite
launch vechical ( PSLV ) tonight at 10:53 pm EST ( 3:53 UTC Dec 10 )

Orbit will be roughly 635 km high, in a sun sync orbit.
