In its FINAL MESSAGE - issued Jan 06, 01:51 UTC - SPACETRACK reported
the decay on January 6, 01:36 UTC +/- 01 minutes descending 70°S,
140°E.

MPM + EENTRY (Version 2.0) delivers with the ELSETs 07005.843 ... -
07005.964... (SFX 97, ap 007) the decay on:
January 6, 01:34 UTC +/- 6 minutes also southbound over 62.82°S and
146.69°E near Antarctica.

It was a little bit difficult decayer and we saw also a very slow
update
of the SPACETRACK server. That is the reason for this relatively late
report.
