Tony Beresford's observation of 2006 Jan 20 UTC, revealed an orbit-raising manoeuvre by USA 129 (96072A / 24680): http://satobs.org/seesat/Jan-2006/0196.html The manoeuvre occurred at one of the first five apogees after Tony's observation of 2006 Jan 19 at 12:22 UTC, raising the perigee by at least 10 km. I have appended search orbits based on manoeuvres at each of the five apogees. My guess is that 71004 is correct, but predictions using 71001 and 71005 should bracket the object's time of arrival.
