    On second thought, look at http://mediaarchive.ksc.nasa.gov/detail.cfm?mediaid=27549 .   They wouldn't conduct a tanking test with a payload onboard, would they?  The Centaur upper stage for this launch does look a lot different from the one used on the TDRS-1 launch, though (http://mediaarchive.ksc.nasa.gov/detail.cfm?mediaid=9054) ....it looks like half of the centaur stage is inside the lower fairing on the new horizons launcher....
