Well , I am quite happy to be proved wrong......dont like mysteries....however the commentator refered to the 15 m lower fairing and mentioned a "US Government " payload. In addition when the NH team showed a model of the Atlas 5 , it was "minus" the lower fairing. I'll have to re run the tape after the feed drops.
