Image of flashing molyina satellite

Someone had sent me a message, asking me to id a flashing satellite they saw.

Here's the image the sent me.

After find out the location of the telescope, I was able to determine the satellite was Molyina
1-62 ( 15214 ). I had found that one to be flashing back on June 5, 2006. It flashed every 11
seconds.
