I have been trying to find information on the situation concerning the ICESAT laser, but have found nothing recent. Based on past schedules, it would appear likely that if the laser was still operational it would be turned on between mid February and mid March, which would give me at least one opportunity of looking for it on an overhead pass. However I can find no indication a recent schedule for laser operation for this year, nor anything to say that it was decommissioned. Can anyone help?
