    PAS 1R ( 26608 ) flaring again

    Time is 3:06 UTC ( Jan 11 )

    Position

    7 h 41 m R.A
    -6 deg 36 min R.A

    I call this a flare.

I wonder if this is, to due with the type of solar panels it has, ie those concentrator mirrors.

So far no other geo sat, not a boeing 702 series I have seen flare at non equinox time.
