This is a reminder of my prohibition against posting TLEs and related USSTRATCOM data, for which the Space Track web site is the official distributor today. For details, please see the following: http://satobs.org/seesat/Jan-2005/0093.html Since I announced that rule, some Space Track users have received permission to re-distribute elements and other data, so I can imagine revising the rule to permit those persons to post data, probably with the requirement that they clearly state that they have the necessary permission, and perhaps reference the date of said permission. But for now, the rule stands.
