    Brian, since you are certain on the date, it must be January 6.
    A different time produces no suspects either,
    so you have seen a "classified" satellite not known
    to the list.
    
    Incidentally, You can grab individual TLEs off Heavens-above.
    However I have always found predictions for satellites of
    mean motions <4 dont work most of time, which I have reported.
