If I allow for error's, such as the date.

Then I get ARABSAT 1B R/B ( 15836 )as your possible seen satellite. It was moving slowly.

It passed by saturn in that direction, around 8:05 UTC on Jan 5

Otherwise so far I don't get a match with anything else.
