    Following are changes to the priority for observation of PPAS-objects.
    Every line contains:
    International designator
    catalogue number
    old priority
    new priority
    name
    comment with code used in the PPAS for the observer(s) who detected the 
    change(s)

    2001-023B 26819  2  1  Kosmos 2378 rk [Kosmos]; mean motion jumps (MM) 
    together with acceleration of flash period  (LB)
    2001-055B 26998  3  -  TIMED; steady for a long time; drop from program
    2002-037D 27473  4  -  Kosmos 2392 r2; steady for a long time; drop from 
    program
    2002-058F 27610  5  -  Rubin 2 rk [Dnepr]; steady for a long time; drop from 
    program
