It's for Bjorn and Anthony. :-) It very probably did this Europe crossing but above a continous cloud cover, except perhaps a few holes over Greece. My feeling was that the decay would occur during the following equatorial bulge crossing. But elset after elset, I saw the area/mass decrease from 0.01to 0.0085 m2/kg meaning a delayed reentry. A well known source :) in its final report gives 18:05 UT +/- 1 min (at 14N 25E) what leads the a/m around 0.0048 m2/kg ! Such a stripping is possible but the decay location they give is definitely off track by at least +20 degrees of longitude. I am curious to know Harro Zimmer or other experts' opinion. Best wishes, Thierry. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Subscribe/Unsubscribe info, Frequently Asked Questions, SeeSat-L archive: http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
