I have just observed 28505 Sich 1-M on an excellent descending pass in near perfect conditions (at last- cloud has been a frequent problem.) Sorry no positional obs etc, just a quick check before going to bed! However if you require details of the pass it was the shadow exit commencing 09:09:45 UTC (timing from predictions, not measured) on 26 January. It did appear very likely that it is tumbling. Quite a possible candidate for the fast flashers list (while there is still such a thing!) Although I was not able to make precise timings, it appears it may have a flash period of about 1 second. I have further opportunities to observe this object and also its rocket over the next few days so hope to confirm this.
